  Matt is a sales expert currently responsible for developing PayPal’s business in Central and Eastern Europe. He started his career in Canada providing marketing solutions to small and medium sized businesses, then moved to Poland where he worked as a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group on projects in Poland, Norway, and Switzerland. Next at Avon Cosmetics he contributed to the improved effectiveness and motivation of the sales organization. Heading the sales team at Groupon Poland he drove the companies quick growth moving it from a startup to become the local leader in daily deals. His goal is to repeat this success with PayPal, both in Poland and all the other countries he is responsible for. Matt graduated from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Commerce.
