  Tomas is working more than 10 years in telco sector focusing on PayTV (OTT /IPTV /SAT) technologies as system tester, system integrator and as solution designer. Hands on experience with middleware, encryption systems (CAS,DRM), VoD and TV headends, MPEG2/4, Oracle databases, IP core networks, OSS/BSS, Set-top-boxes, development of TV, Android, iOS applications in various environments. Currently is focusing on design and creation of architecture and design of networks, applications, platforms and customer solutions in IP, IPTV, OTT, SAT area. Tomas is also responsible for the whole chain of development process from issuing the RFI, RFP, throught HLD, LLD to acceptance testing.

• Viliam Tencer Slovak Telekom, a. s.

  Viliam is working more than seven years with IP and IPTV technologies. He spent most of them on the operations department. Where he gained many experiences with big data solutions and was involved on developing several platforms (Cloud, IPTV, OTT). He created complete viewership report solutions for IPTV and OTT. Viliam was in charge of IPTV, OTT, DB platforms, etc. He is proficient in multiple programming languages for different kinds of devices (Java, ASP.NET, PHP, etc.) At this time he shall be responsible for the whole chain of development process.
